Followbacks, Activity & Queue

Last updated on Apr 23, 2025

At Flock Social, we believe you deserve to know exactly how your account is growing (and how our system is working). That’s why we give you full visibility into every action we take and how users respond to our actions.

Let’s break it down:

Followbacks

This section breaks down how many users are following you back. Each stat is tied to a specific Target, giving you clear insight into which ones are delivering and which need to go.

If you’re seeing low numbers:

  • Check that your profile photo, bio, and grid are fully optimized to make a strong first impression.

  • Aim for at least a 10% followback rate

  • Replace Targets that fall below a 5% followback rate — that means they’re not a great fit for your niche.

Reminder: Followbacks are tracked only after we unfollow the user, which happens 2 to 4 days after the initial follow. So if you just added a Target, give it a minute to populate.

Activity Log

This is your real-time receipt of every action we’re taking on your behalf.

Here’s what you’ll see:

  • Each Follow and Unfollow

  • The Target that triggered that action

  • The timestamp for every interaction

Use this to:

  • Spot unusual drops or surges

  • Confirm the system is running smoothly

  • Compare performance across time periods to spot trends

Queue

This is your next-in-line list of the accounts Flock Social is preparing to engage with.

Inside the Queue, you’ll be able to see users scheduled for follow or unfollow

Some notes on Queue behavior:

  • If you remove a single user, we’ll replace them with a new one immediately.

  • If you delete a full Target, the already-queued users from that target will still be engaged with unless you manually remove them too.

Final thoughts

Understanding your growth isn’t just about watching the numbers go up — it’s about knowing why they’re going up. The Followbacks, Activity Log, and Queue sections aren’t just there for show. They give you a clear view into what’s working, what’s not, and what’s coming next.

Check in regularly, make adjustments when needed, and use the data to guide smarter decisions. The more attention you pay to these, the more intentional and effective your growth will be.
