What actions does Flock Social perform on your account?

Flock Social helps you grow on Instagram by performing actions that look and feel like they came from a real person. Every feature is built to boost visibility, attract the right kind of followers, and keep your audience engaged at all times. Targeted interactions Everything starts with your Targets. These are Instagram accounts and hashtags that your ideal audience already follows or interacts with. We use them to find users who are likely to be interested in your content. You can update your Targets anytime. Whether you want to reach a niche community or a specific type of followers, your results will improve the more relevant your Targets are. If your content is designed for a specific gender, you can also enable gender filters to narrow the audience even further. Following users Flock Social follows users who follow or engage with the Targets you’ve added. These users are already active in your niche, so the chance they’ll check out your profile and follow back is much higher. The system keeps things steady and natural, avoiding spammy bursts of activity that could trigger any red flags on Instagram. Unfollowing users After a few days, the system begins to unfollow the users it previously followed. This helps keep your Following count balanced and prevents your account from looking bloated. To keep things clean, we will never push your Following number more than 800 above where you started. Auto-Whitelist Your original connections stay untouched. As soon as you connect to Flock Social, the system automatically whitelists every user you were already following. That means no accidental unfollows, and no need to manually add anyone. This is especially useful for creators, brands, or agencies that already follow friends, partners, or clients they want to keep. Liking Posts Once the system ensures someone has followed you, it heads back to their profile and likes one to three of their recent posts. This shows you’re paying attention and encourages them to engage with your content too. Most users respond positively to that kind of subtle interaction, especially when it feels timely and intentional. Story Viewing The system watches Stories posted by accounts you already follow and by those it follows on your behalf. This keeps your profile showing up in viewer lists, which helps keep you at the top of their mind. People are more likely to visit your profile when they see you're consistently viewing their content. Close Friends Auto-adder Flock Social gradually adds both your existing and new followers to your Close Friends list. This helps your Stories appear higher in their feeds and come with that distinct green ring that catches the eye. If your goal is to boost story views and remind followers that you’re still active, this feature is a quiet but powerful way to do it. There’s also an option to enable auto-removal to keep your list tidy. Welcome DMs The system can send a message automatically to anyone who follows you. You write the message in your dashboard, and Flock sends it out on your behalf. You can use this to say thanks, share a link, promote a product, or simply start a conversation. It’s your voice, just delivered automatically.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Flock Social, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity, the following outlines our cancellation policy. Cancellation During the Free Trial - Clients enrolled in the 7-day free trial can cancel their trial at any time during the trial period. - Cancellation during the free trial ensures that no charges will be applied to the client’s account. - To cancel, clients can simply log in to their account, navigate to the Settings page, and under Subscriptions, click the trash can icon for the particular subscription they want to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions, or contact our 24/7 Support Team for assistance. Cancellation After the Free Trial Ends - Once the 7-day free trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to an active, paid subscription. - To cancel an active subscription, clients must contact our Support Team, which is available 24/7, through one of the following options: - Live Chat: Accessible via the client’s Dashboard and official Website. - Email: Contact our Support Team via email team@flocksocial.com - Clients should include their account information (e.g., registered email) when requesting a cancellation to ensure the process is completed promptly. Important Notes - Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests for Active Subscriptions must be initiated before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. - Support-Managed Cancellations: Once the subscription is active, the client cannot cancel it directly through the dashboard. Instead, contacting the support team is required. - Confirmation: After the support team processes the cancellation request, the client will receive a confirmation email. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified by the client. Refund Policy - Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in Flock Social's Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.
